Delivery costs

We calculate the cost of delivery based on the total weight of items in your shopping basket.

You will be charged either £3.99, £6.99 or £9.99 depending on the weight. To give you a general idea you will be able to order two bags (six sachets) of our Traditional Crepe Mix with the £3.99 shipping bracket.

You can check your current shipping charge at any time by viewing your shopping basket.

Delivery time

We use a courier service for our products, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, however during busy periods please allow up to five days for delivery.

Signed for

You will NOT need to sign for your order.

Overseas delivery

We only currently delivery to addresses in mainland UK, if you would like a delivery outside of this area please contact us.

Order tracking and history

If you've placed an order via our website, you can track its progress via your account page. Log in to your account and click on 'my orders'.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your item(s) you can simply return them back to us for a refund. Please see our terms & conditions for further information.
