Unlike other fast food business models, Quick Crepes presents a Gourmet Fast Food option giving you the opportunity to benefit financially from the growing £7.5bn take away fast food market. How? By providing a simple to make, versatile product that is wholesome and desirable - a positive alternative for the discerning UK food consumer.

The major attraction Quick Crepes has over other fast food take-aways is that every crepe is freshly made to order in front of the customer - a unique experience.

There is a precise skill in making the crepe to ensure that the product is never actually touched by hand. Furthermore, the aroma from a sizzling crepe is akin to freshly baked bread, stimulating the appetite.

We have finely tuned our business to ensure we have the finest quality products coupled with a firm commitment to sound values by using biodegradable packaging and Fair-trade beverages.

Instead we offer training and advice for a fixed fee plus the option to open as a Quick Crepes outlet for fixed annual fee.

We can discuss all aspects of opening a creperie, including advice about equipment, suppliers and sites, plus training how to make the crepes and the day to day running. For this we charge £1,500 plus VAT per day, and two days would normally be sufficient.

Then for an annual fee of £5,000 per year we offer a licence to operate as Quick Crepes and to use our crepe cones, cups and crepe mix. Our crepe mix is the only one available that contains buckwheat flour as required for an authentic crepe - all the other mixes on sale are made with plain or biscuit flour and is so bland that it is sometimes used in pubs for Yorkshire Puddings. The duration of a licence is 5 years, with an option to renew for a futher five years. We would always be available to offer free advice and help for the duration of the licence. unlike a franchise, there is no additional charge of a percentage of turnover.
