Who we are

After graduating from Durham University in 1988, Hans Parker started Quick Crepes as a mobile creperie attending shows and events across the UK.

Together with his wife Jacqueline they expanded the business over the years, building a highly respected reputation for reliability and high quality.

Their fleet of impressive, modern units expanded and now attend some of the most prestigious events in the UK. These include The British F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone, Royal Ascot, Badminton Horse Trials, The Royal Show, Oceanfest International Surf Festival and were also at Live8.

While the event business has grown, Hans has expanded the business further into the Private Catering and Corporate Event markets. Here, the opportunities are varied and endless, from new car launches in dealerships to exclusive society parties.

The opportunity arose to site a permanent crêperie unit at the heart of Bristol's Harbourside development. This proved to be a ground-breaking venture, prompting an invitation from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard to establish a similar initiative at the site of HMS Victory. Once again, this became a winning combination; serving our delicious crepes right in the middle of Portsmouth's key shopping and tourist sector.

Due to popular demand we have now decided to make our exclusive crepe mix, based on an old family recipe and made with only natural ingredients, available to you.
